What's happening in and around Rossfield Park
and Ellesmere Port?
Rossfield Park and Pioneer Business Park are transforming a key and prominent gateway into Ellesmere Port, close to Junction 8 of the M53.
Together the schemes are delivering new homes, creating new communities, delivering space for new business and business expansion, creating new jobs, providing new local facilties and are leading the regeneration of this part of Ellesmere Port.
The appearance and perception of the area is being positively changed through these schemes.
But its not just the Rossfield Park area were changes are happening, Ellesmere Port is a Town which is seeing substantial business investment, new retail development and major new recreational and educational facilities. There are also plans to create new leisure and tourism facilities at the Town’s Waterfront.
