The development is expected to bring new facilities for the vibrant community at Rossfield Park and new prestigious development for the Town.

Rossfield Park – Evolution and Masterplanning

Rossfield Park is a longstanding proposal.

The first phases were allocated on the Ellesmere Port Local Plan in 2002 and a planning application for the first phases was also submitted in 2002.  Development of the first phases by Westbury Homes / Persimmon and Wainhomes started in 2007.

The scheme is large and complex.  The planning and development of the overall site is being progressed on a phase by phase basis, under the overall masterplan.

The latest masterplan can be found here.

An examples of previously published masterplan can be found here and a brochure produced in 2011 can be found here (please be aware that the Ellesmere Quays scheme shown is no longer being progressed).

Peel is delighted that housebuilding and investment has recently restarted at Rossfield Park and the delivery of the overall vision for Rossfield Park is continuing.
