Rossfield Park Phases
2C, 3 and 4 – Peel has submitted a planning application to renew the

Rossfield Park Phase
5A – A site location plan can be found here. Details of the proposed demolition of the

A planning application for upto 70 homes has now been
submitted. The scheme will include new

Rossfield Park Phase
5B – Peel has outline planning consent for upto 190 units on this

In terms of
commercial / community orientated development:
‘6 Acre’ site (south
of Rossmore Road East) – A site location plan can be found here. Development has now started on this site.
Peel is delighted that the Kay Group have started their development of a local convenience
store / petrol filling station and Costa Coffee outlet. This development is expected to be completed by

Peel is also delighted that Greene King have submitted a
planning application for a family orientated pub restaurant – a Farmhouse

Peel also has outline planning consent for other retail,
hotel, crèche and office uses on the remainder of the site. We hope to bring forward detailed proposals
for some of these uses in due course.
These new local
facilities and uses will complement and give a boost to the on-going
developments of Rossfield Park and nearby Pioneer Business Park, both of which
are successful and image changing for this part of the Town. The ‘6 Acre’ site is conveniently located at
the ‘heart’ of Rossfield Park.
The development is
expected to bring new facilities for the vibrant community at Rossfield Park
and new prestigious development for the Town.
Rossfield Park – Evolution
Rossfield Park is a longstanding proposal.
The first phases were allocated on the Ellesmere Port Local
Plan in 2002 and a planning application for the first phases was also submitted
in 2002. Development of the first phases
by Westbury Homes / Persimmon and Wainhomes started in 2007.
The scheme is large and complex. The planning and development of the overall

Peel is delighted that housebuilding and investment has
recently restarted at Rossfield Park and the delivery of the overall vision for
Rossfield Park is continuing.
Rossfield Park is located just off Junction 8 of the M53 motorway, providing easy access to the motorway network. Rossfield Park is also just a short walk from Ellesmere Port Town centre, train station and bus stops.
Plenty of Amenities
